Job description

1. Handling calls and follow upsin absence of any sales team member.
2. Co-ordination with different departmentsi.e accounts, production and dispatch,**engineering staff,service team & client team.
3. Making and sending quotationsas per customer’s requirement
4. Order processingas per technical specifications
5. Responsible for QCafter production handover
6. Maintaining party wise and product wise QC data and packing list of both office and Shop floor
7. Placing orders and report generation.
8. Entries reconciliation and submission of monthly report
9. Maintain purchase order recordsfor every dispatch & Maintaining party wise and product wise sales figures.

Required Candidate profile

• Good English Communication, Able to Read Engineering Drawings, Smart Worker, Proactive
