🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Breakdown Maintenance: Attend line breakdowns to ensure efficiency.
✅ Manpower Management: Handle workforce & leave management.
✅ Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance & maintain records.
✅ SAP Workflow Adherence: Issuance of materials, managing spares & consumables, and closing work orders using Maintwiz & SAP.
✅ Inspection & Documentation: Conduct inspections per SMS / EMS / QMS and maintain reports.
✅ Daily Checklists & Logbook Maintenance: Ensure proper documentation and execution.
✅ Work Coordination: Prioritize tasks with shift representatives and mobilize resources efficiently.
✅ Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to LOTO, Safety Work Permits, and DCS Operations.
✅ Technical Troubleshooting: Operate and troubleshoot utilities like Boilers, Compressors, Chillers, Nitrogen Plants, Cooling Towers, DM Water Plant, Pumps, Actuator Valves, etc.
✅ CAPA Implementation: Provide inputs for breakdown analysis & corrective actions.
✅ Process Improvement: Actively participate in 5S, Kaizen, SPC, SFC, SSR savings, MDT, DOR, SBT, safety, and energy-saving initiatives.
🎯 Ideal Candidate:
🎓 Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
📆 Experience: 1+ years in Maintenance & Engineering Operations
🔹 Technical Knowledge:
✔ Engineering standards understanding
✔ Proficiency in SAP & Maintwiz
✔ Experience with Paints/Chemical industry utilities & equipment
✔ Hands-on experience in troubleshooting & preventive maintenance
