Position – Engineer – Press Tool Design

Job description
- Responsible for press tool design by self , self-check for eliminate design error and issue the same for manufacturing
- Join Tool trial with production members and adjust the tool for achieve dimensions as well as tool running condition.
- Team works with other team members within the department
- Make DFM of metal part for new tool design
- Coordinate with Tool room team for any manufacturing issues that they may face and support them with inputs from senior members
- Tool design modification work which can be receive from PD
- Prototype samples development as per requirement from PD
- Tool Design Cutting, Bending, Stamping, Progressive
- CAD software Auto CAD, 3D Software
- Good Communication & Presentation Skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing process
- Have feeling of metal production

Mold Design, Mold Modification, Electrode Design, Mold Trail attendee , Mold mfg knowledge , Mold steel material knowledge, Mold Standard part selection, Drafting and tolerance set .
- Responsible for mold design by self , re-check for eliminate design error and issue the same for manufacturing after senior members check.
- Join Mold trial with production members and Improve the mold quality and issues update in design .
- Team works with other team members within the department
- Make DFM of Plastic part for new design
- Coordinate with Tool room team for any manufacturing issues that they may face and support them with inputs from senior members
- Mold modification work which can be receive from Product design
- Mold Design , Modification, Electrode Design, Trail attendee , mfg knowledge , steel material knowledge, Standard part selection, Drafting and tolerance set .
- CAD software Auto CAD, Top Solid or any other 3D Software
- Good Communication & Presentation Skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing process
