Leading a team for engineers/designers for basic / detail engineering of Methanol & Sulphur Recovery Plant
Reviewing customer technical requirements and specifications and incorporate into project designs.
Prepare technical specifications and conduce bid tab reviews.
Design and detail engineering of equipment such as Waste heat recovery boilers, Reactors, Columns, Condensers & Reboilers, Accumulators, Air Cooled Heat exchangers, Polisher Unit, Drums and Tanks, subject to high temperatures / pressures.
Modeling equipment with Code compliance using commercially available software like Compress, PV Elite etc.

BE or ME Mechanical required.
15-20 years of professional experience performing detailed engineering and stress analysis of high temperature pressurized equipment specially in Methanol and SRU plants.
Having worked as lead engineer for Basic & Detail engineering of Methanol Plants is a necessity. Have worked as lead engineer for 15,000 to 20,000 engineering hours scope.
Working knowledge of ASME Section 1, Section VIII Div. 1, B31.1, B31.3, and TEMA standard, and API 650, API 661 standards.
Experience in material selection, welding, testing and quality control is required.
Experience in applying engineering principles in a field environment is beneficial.
Effective communication skills and the ability to lead global team members to closure on technical issues.
