Job description for the position of Extrusion Quality Engineer :

• To carry out activities to suggest improvement in processes for having stable product quality, improved productivity, reduced energy conservation and reduction in cycle time.
• To benchmark world class extrusion products, identify the gaps and suggest recommendations for process changes to attain world class quality.
• Organise technical trainings provide process related inputs to the operation and maintenance team.
• Analysis of process deviation & reduction of process deviations by finding the root cause.
• Ensure effective working of WCM subcommittees of Strategic Quality Management.
• To monitor and eliminate unsafe acts and conditions so as to achieve zero injuries in the working area.
• To ensure 100% compliance with statutory requirements

Job specific Technical Skills :

• Knowing about Sampling Methods
• Understanding of the SQC (Statistical Quality Controls) methods
• Understanding of the SPC (Statistical Process Control) methods
• Understanding of UTM – Mechanical Properties, Conductivity
• Glossiness, PCG – Macro technical, Billet crack, Coring (Ultrasonic)
• Having knowledge of laboratory operational and quality system

Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech
Minimum Experience Level: 2-4 Years

• Job description for The position of Mechanical Maintenance Extrusion Engineer.
• Help team in identification of the right Mechanical & Utility equipment.
• Ensure that safety practices are implemented at the site.
• Lead a team so as to complete the erection of various utilities at site .
• Timely completion of the scheduled activity while meeting all the design specifications.
• Ensure proper hand over and take over of work regions so as to have a smooth work flow.
• Meet the time and cost target of the assigned work area.
• Contribute in commissioning and running of the equipment.
• Generate a maintenance catalogue in the process.

1. Fundamentals of Aluminium Extrusion Process
2. Mechanical Maintenance Management ,
3. CBM – Condition Based Maintenance, Reliability Centered Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance .
4. Spares Management
5. Hydraulics & Pneumatics,
6. Die Shop Maintenance

Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech
Minimum Experience Level: 2-4 Years
