  • Intelligent Sales and Customer Operations provides an end-to-end, integrated, seamless solution across marketing, sales, and service. The solutions enable clients to drive sustainable growth by enhancing their capabilities to deliver consistent, hyper-relevant experiences across the customer lifecycle. The team helps assess, design, build, and implement best practices on process, organization, and technology to create, execute, and run collaborative sales and support roles. This may include the integration of components across solution areas or credentials to ensure consistent messaging and compliance with editorial and document creation standards. FMCG / CPG Industry Introduction:
  • Fast-moving consumer goods are nondurable products that sell quickly at relatively low costs. These goods are also called consumer-packed goods
  • FMCGs have low-profit margins and high-volume sales.
  • Examples of FMCGs include Impulse Foods, Beauty, Agri Business, Oils and Fats
  • The FMCG sector has the responsibility of producing, distributing, and marketing goods so that their continuous consumption by the public takes place smoothly The Role:
  • As a Sales Operations Support New Associate / Associate you are responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints. To help provide timely resolution to the customer.
  • Complete, verify, and organize customer documents while strictly adhering to pre-defined SLAs.
  • Customer Initiation, onboarding, and Data management
