You will be working as Production Engineer and will be part of the Electrification business for the Distribution Solutions division based in Nashik, India. In this role, you will be reporting to Production Manager and will be responsible for the safety, 5S, and continuous improvement of the manufacturing line. Participating in design reviews to ensure the routinization of the product.
Your responsibilities
- Creating documentation and work instructions for production
- Facilitating and leading process improvement
- Team building and direct both small and large teams that work towards a defined objective, scope & deliverables
- Performing risk analysis of various activities and outcomes
- Determining methods and procedures for production distribution activity
- Responsible for the Quality output of the process
Your background
- Diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Looking for a candidate having 2-3 years of experience
- Should have overall responsibility of the production process
- The collaborative mindset with excellent written and oral communication in English
