Position – Mechanical Condition Monitoring Engineer

Job description
To monitor and identify conditions of adversity in plant rotating equipment and devices and assess their criticality in operation in terms of laid down standards and specifications through regular inspections, predictive maintenance and by providing discreet preventive measures to be followed by the O&M teams
Key Role & Responsibilities
- Balancing/ Alignment/ online monitoring/SAP/IOT/FFT analysis. (Must)
- Make nonconformance report of all types of rotary equipment and sending it to the concerned persons
- Imparting training on fundamentals of vibration monitoring,NDT and condition monitoring to the team down the line
- Make a measuring point of equipment in BDC sheet and upload in SAP(Daily)
- Taking routine base vibration data collection
- Plant visit to carry vibration data of critical rotary equipment
- Verify plant machine vibration data for correct measurement of equipments
- Ensuring the centralized mechanical integrity of CT fans,reactor,& non-metallic tanks and maintain the necessary documentation for records
- Preparing weekly and monthly performance report based on the recorded NCs
Job specification
Experience – 4-5 Years
Qualification – BE/B Tech Mechanical
Certification – ANSI Level 2 from Vibration institute and mobius only.
