About The Team:

The Material Management Team plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless supply chain operations, from procurement to inventory control. They focus on optimizing material flow, managing supplier relations, and driving cost efficiency through strategic sourcing and VA/VE initiatives. By leveraging digital tools and lean methodologies, they enhance productivity and maintain a resilient supply chain.

What you can look forward to as Trainee- Materials Management (m/f/d):

• Oversee Replacement Die Transfer, GCS, and SWAT activities to ensure seamless production processes.
• Manage MAPS/CSO activities and drive Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) projects for cost optimization.
• Coordinate quarterly raw material amendments to align with procurement strategies.
• Prepare IEP RFQs and support supplier negotiations for competitive pricing.
• Handle replacement tooling development, including quote approvals, IOM, PO processing, and tool GRN, in collaboration with the local team.
• Lead supplier rationalization initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Your Profile as Trainee- Materials Management (m/f/d):

• B.Tech/B.E Mechanical Engineering Graduates (2023 / 2024 passouts ONLY).
• 0-1 year experience in purchase/ Procurement.
