OSD Manufacturing
Officer/Executive
B. Pharm with 2 – 5 years of experience in supervising OSD manufacturing areas like Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Pellet (Wurster) Coating.
Operator/ Technical Assistant
ITI/ Diploma having 2 -10 Years of experience in operating production machines like GEA RMG, PAM Glatt FBE/FBD, Fette, MG2, Visvill, Sensum, Encolony, Korsch, GEA compression, PAM Glatt Top/Bottom spray (Pellet /Wurster) Glatt, Bohle coater.
Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager- QMS
B. Pharm / M. Pharm with 4 – 8 Years of experience in all QMS documentation of the Manufacturing area. To manage QMS activities like handling Deviation, Change Control, and CAPA. To coordinate with QA for QMS related investigation.
Warehouse
Officer/ Executive – Stores & Warehouse
B.Sc. / B. Pharm having 2-5 years of experience in handling warehouse activities like dispensing, raw material, Packaging material, Finish goods.
Operator / Technical Assistant – Stores & Warehouse:
Education: ITI /Diploma having 2- 6 years of experience in raw material/packing material dispensing of oral solid dosage & reconciliations of materials.
Packing
Officer/Executive
B.Sc. / B. Pharm /M. Sc. with 2 -5 years of experience in supervision, operation monitoring, and related documentation of CVC, Countess, IMA & other Bottle packaging lines.
Operator / Technical Assistant – OSD Packing
Education: ITI/ Diploma with 2- 10 years of experience of operating Hi-cart and BQS Machine with camera systems, CVC, Countess, IMA & other Bottle packaging lines. To operate machines as per SOP. To maintain sequential log entry. To maintain status labeling of respective machine/area
ENGINEERING
Officer/ Executive
B.E. / B. TECH (Mechanical / Electrical/ Instrumentation) with 2 – 10 years pharmaceuticals (OSD) plant maintenance experience, Exposure to ERP system for plant maintenance activity is essential. Experience in QMS documentation, equipment installation qualification will be added advantage.
Operator / Technical Assistant
Education: ITI / Diploma with 2-10 years of Experience in pharmaceuticals (OSD) plant maintenance experience/ Water System & Utility (HVAC, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Air Compressor & BMS).
