Job Title: Walk-in Drive-in for Algorithm Engineer on 21st Feb 2020 @ RNTBCI

Job Experience: 3 – 7 years of experience in function development of Powertrain control system

Job Education: M.E./ M.Tech in Automobile Engineering / Control System Engineering / Thermal Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electrical Engineering

B.E./ B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering/ECE/EE with good academic standing

Job Description:

  1. Development and Validation of Control Logic for Powertrain control (Engine) development based on a Model-Based development approach.
  2. 3 – 7 years of experience in function development of Powertrain control system.
  3. Expertise in Simulink, State flow, Matlab Scripting, Verification and Validation, MXAM, Embedded C.
  4. Validating Control Algorithm by creating real-time scenarios>Automotive Engine (Gasoline/Diesel) / Powertrain / Mechatronics knowledge is a must.
  5. Design Control Algorithm based on Automotive Standards (MAAB, ISO26262). Review the Software Control Model – SCDR # S3 created and identify any potential defects.
  6. Design Control Algorithm from System Level requirements for Engine functions and Powertrain system (Ex: Diesel, Gasoline, Hybrid system, Automatic Transmission).
  7. Deliver Software Component Design Review – Level 2 based on Review panel requirements.
  8. Responsible for Powertrain Control System development activities such as Model In-Loop simulation, Experimental data analysis, and Control model verification by Hardware In-Loop testing, Rapid Prototyping.
  9. In-depth Experience of utilizing the following quality tools for Control Algorithm Design- FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis), FTA (Fault Tree Analysis), and QFD (Quality Function Deployment).
