Position – Quality Manager – Services operations

Location – Remote (India)
Key responsibilities include
- As an Operational Services Quality advisor, the person will be responsible for the following processes/functions:
- Inbound/Outbound audits
- Rx execution verification
- FMI execution audits
- Create & deploy ‘Quality alerts”
- Shop process audits
- Trouble shooting & rapid resolution support
- Ensuring data Quality in eServices
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering,
- 10~12 years of professional experience in Plant/process Quality
- Experience in Rail road Service Industry is preferred
- Ability to trouble shoot system/sub system & parts level problems
- Process auditing .
- Strong computer skills.
