• Stock Accuracy

SQDCM Performance

• Ensure KPI targets are met on Daily, Weekly, Monthly and report through M3
• Drive Safety,5S and Kaizen to achieve 6S and Total Safety Culture
  Understand and Practice Lean Concepts
• Lead Kaizen Workshop on the shop floor and Drive Improvements
  Learn and effectively use the ERP system for production planning and report performance
• Identifying problems proactively and eliminate them.
• React in case of a problem through QRQC
• Aims to devote 70% of the time to improvement actions
• Should have Experienced in CNC Machine operations & programming

People Management

• Exposure to handling Union employees
• Leading by example in terms of rigor and discipline
• Planning resources and optimizing their efficiency on a daily basis
• Coach cell Leaders and team members to improve their performance in their roles
• Support and help the team to fix problems in the production lines
• Enforce to respect the safety instructions, policies and procedures
• Ensure proper induction of new operators on the line (OJT)
• Development of the people on multi-tasks (Polyvalence)
• Ensure recognition upon individual performance: (Monthly rewarding)
• Ensure proper flow of information to and from the team (Top 5 communication)

Health, Safety and Environmental working condition

• Periodically assess the workplace for ensuring a safe environment (Identifying and eliminating hazards)
• Responsible for immediate stopping of a line in case of safety risks and fix them quickly
• Respect and adhere to HSE rules and regulations holistically
• Lead HSE core teams and drive improvements
• Improve working conditions and ergonomics in their respective area

Team Work

• Arrive before the start of a shift in order to ensure the transfer of all information from the supervisor of the previous shift
• Work collaboratively with supervisory colleagues to improve Business Unit performance
• Contribute to Business Unit Top 5 objectives and ensure line performance are aligned
• Good coordination with other functions to achieve results and meeting production targets
• Should take responsibility for improving processes and demonstrating his commitment, team working and capability
• Should be team motivator and demonstrate passion and be reliable

Qualifications

• B.E or B. Tech (Mechanical/Mechatronics/Automobile/Industrial/Production/Electronics/Electrical)
• Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience.
• Candidates preferred from the Automobile industry
