Job Description

• Ensure EHS compliance requirements.
• Preventive & Corrective maintenance of all equipment’s
• Maintenance of Spindle, Ball screw and axis bearings.
• Ensure that equipment’s are in good working condition.
• Maintenance of Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems.
• Operation & Maintenance of Utility equipment’s.
• Projects – Erection and Commissioning of machines
• Planning & Preparation of Site Maintenance activities
• Forklift & reach truck maintenance
• Tracking the daily maintenance KPI’s and reporting
• Handling improvement projects to reduce machine down time, maintenance cost etc.
• Tracking and maintaining the minimum spares.
• Possess a good experience in the commissioning and erection of Utilities equipment’s.
• Key Role of TPM, 5S activities and Kaizen.

Qualifications

• B.E. – Mechanical / Mechatronics with 2 to 4 years of experience in Plant Maintenance.

Skills

• Technical Plant maintenance skills.
• Knowledge of CNC, PLC & conventional machines.
• Knowledge of Machine assembly drawings.
• Knowledge of machine geometrical alignment.
• Electrical Safety requirements
