Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in design and development activities for chassis-mounted vehicle components such as fluid tanks, attachment brackets, fluid routing and systems.
  • Awareness of defining technical specifications for vehicle components.
  • Handling of quality tools through the development process and working on securing cross-functional agreements
  • Working with virtual verification and physical validation team to mature components and connected systems.
  • Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to come up with time plans and follow-up actions.
  • Engineering documentation of drawings, technical requirements, functional specifications, and managing change.

Education, Skills and Experience:

  • BE/ME – Mechanical/Automobile Engineering equivalent with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of automotive components and development process.
  • Strong in basics of mechanical engineering, analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Hands-on experience in Creo and PDM software.
  • Knowledge of the application of GD&T.
Additional requirements:
  • Good interpersonal skills with relevant verbal and written English communication.
  • Team player mindset is a success factors in this role.
