Varun Beverages Ltd. is seeking a Management Trainee for its Production department at the Kosi Plant. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent B Tech graduates with 0-1 years of experience to gain valuable on-the-job training and develop their skills in a dynamic beverage production environment.

As a Management Trainee, you will be an integral part of our Production team, working closely with experienced professionals to learn and understand the end-to-end beverage production process. This hands-on role will provide you with a solid foundation in production management, allowing you to contribute to our company’s success and growth.

• Assist in daily production activities, ensuring smooth operations and meeting production targets.
• Learn and implement quality control measures to maintain product standards.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize production processes and enhance efficiency.
• Participate in inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely reordering.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Support the production team in troubleshooting and resolving production-related issues.
• Help in data collection and analysis for production reports and performance metrics.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills in production management.
• Engage in continuous learning and development to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

• Bachelor of Technology (B Tech) degree in a relevant field, such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• 0-1 years of experience in a production environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes in the beverage production industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a desire to take on new challenges.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and overtime, as per production requirements.
• A passion for the beverage industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
