About the Role

Varroc is hiring freshers for the role of Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) or Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) in the Production Department. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates to start their careers in the manufacturing/production industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Process Management:
  • Assist in ensuring smooth production operations.
  • Monitor and operate machinery to meet production goals.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols.
• Quality Control:
  • Support quality control measures on the production line.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality.
  • Identify and report defects or deviations from standards.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
  • Assist in troubleshooting machinery issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Process Improvement:
  • Collaborate to identify areas for process optimization.
  • Suggest improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed production records and prepare daily reports.
  • Report discrepancies to senior engineers.
• Training & Development:
  • Undergo training to develop technical production skills.
  • Gain exposure to engineering and manufacturing principles.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education:
  • GET: B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
  • DET: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.
• Skills:
  • Basic understanding of production processes and machinery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: ₹13,984 per month (depending on qualifications and experience).
