Mission
Responsible Design and CAD support for Electric and Hybrid vehicle E-Motor Design and development
Scope of Work/Responsibilities
Scope of work:
- Experience in Motor Product design and development
- To work autonomously in CATIA V5 design tool – Part modeling, drafting, assembly, and sheet metal.
- To work autonomously in Teamcenter PLM, Enovia
- Defines and evaluates mechanical concepts & designs.
- Creation of mechanical specifications & requirements, with/under support.
- Creates simulation orders for mechanical analysis and reviews the results, with/under support.
- Defines tests on the component level, with/under support.
- Documentation of development results according to document tracker.
- Contributes to design reviews, drawing reviews, and design reviews with supplier
- Perform stack-up calculation (1D tolerance analysis). Knowledge in 3D stack-up calculations added advantage.
- Prepare the detailed part and assembly drawings, applying GD&T to ensure proper form, fit and function.
Responsibilities:
- Has responsibility for the design of a single component and sub-assemblies (e.g. resolver, rotor assembly, …)
- Develops innovative and reliable solutions that fulfill specifications, with/under support.
- Is responsible for verification of the design by calculations, tolerance analysis, and simulation, with/under support.
- Responsible for maintenance of technical data (3D, drawing, BOM) in PLM, Enovia
- Reviews customer requirements and ensures fulfillment in the development, with/under support.
