JOB TITLE: Production Executive

DEPARTMENT: Production/Shift
LOCATION: Mysore, India

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively participate in all improvement projects on EHS/QMS/OE/Production
In alignment with the technical executive in achieving the shift KPIs.
Compliance with all requirements by following guidelines provided by EHS
Interacts with adjacent sections – SD/VBD & QA sections.
Filling of Finished product / Base product / Intermediate product into bulk drums as per process SOP
Receipt and dumping of Part B material within permissible timelines.
Supporting field operator in manual cleaning of Dryer before and after CIP to capture leftover material.
Follows the work permit system in the area.
Follows the changeover protocol required in the area.
Assists in preventive / breakdown maintenance of the spray dryer/vacuum band dryer/Mix section.
Carries out pre-start-up checks for the DBBP/Mix section.
Assists Dryer Production Associate in taking Line clearance before and after the production runs & assists Dryer Production Associate in conducting integrity test of the DBBP section.
Carries out dumping operation of rework material as per SOP.
Maintains cleanliness and hygiene in the area.
Maintains all documents of the DBBP/Mix section as per SOP requirements.
Ensures 100% LLF compliance during Shifts.
Opening & cleaning of all vent socks, dust collectors, chambers, tanks, lines, and flexible, silos as and when required
To be an active member in team projects of respective SDWT
Actively involved in all sectional audits.
Preparation of Monthly reports from the section/Team.

Experience Required:

BE in Electrical/Instrumentation/Mechanical/Dairy Tech/Food Tech/Chemical with 1-3 Years of experience.

Knowledge

Through knowledge in one or more of the following areas

Electrical
Mechanical
Instrumentation
Food manufacturing

Technical Skills

Skills for operations in one or more of the following sections is desired.

Spray Dryer operation
Vacuum band dryer operations
Bulk packaging

Additional skills in either of the following areas

Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation troubleshooting.
