Key Responsibilities:
Design & Integration of Wheels & Brakes systems, ensuring cost, standards, and performance compliance. Perform design calculations to determine the best braking system for various vehicle layouts. Conduct and prepare DFMEA & DVP for parts and subsystems. Strong software knowledge and ProE / Catia skills. Utilize FEA, CFD, and MBD tools for design improvements. Conduct competitor analysis and prepare concepts & decision matrix. Prepare and release quality-compliant drawings. Ability to ride two-wheelers for brake system development is an added advantage.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
Engineering Design & Manufacturing Processes ProE / Catia & other CAD software Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking Strong Communication & Teamwork Hands-on Riding Skills for testing (preferred)
