About the Role

As an Engineer – FAB, you will play a crucial role in creating and testing 3D content libraries for MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing) systems. Building Information Models (BIM) serve as intelligent 3D models that represent real-world objects digitally. Your innovative thinking and precision will contribute to setting industry standards in MEP content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and test 3D content libraries for MEP systems.
• Analyze component details such as type, functionality, service type, mechanical/material properties, and connections.
• Prepare 3D drawings and MEP designs with attention to precision and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate representation and functionality of digital components.

Skills & Experience

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering; Piping Engineering certification is an advantage.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in AutoCAD 2D and 3D.
  • 2 years of hands-on experience with AutoCAD software.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Expertise in preparing 3D, MEP, and piping drawings.
  • Strong knowledge of Piping, HVAC, and Plumbing systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
• Communication:
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and creatively solve problems.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
