Key Responsibilities
- Production Line Management:
- Supervise daily production workflows for MRI/CT scanner components, ensuring adherence to FDA/ISO 13485 quality standards.
- Track metrics like inventory accuracy, throughput capacity, and defect rates using SAP/MES tools.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Drive Kaizen initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency by 15–20% in assembly lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFTs) to resolve bottlenecks in supply chain and component sourcing.
- Training & Compliance:
- Develop training modules for ESD-safe assembly practices and 5S workplace organization.
- Ensure zero deviations in the documentation for CE/IEC 60601 certification audits.
- Digital Integration:
- Support implementation of IoT-enabled production monitoring tools for real-time analytics.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering (2022–2024 graduates eligible).
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of GD&T, ERP systems, and CAD drawings.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma White/Yellow Belt concepts (training provided).
- Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and technical report writing abilities.
