Key Responsibilities

  1. Production Line Management:
    • Supervise daily production workflows for MRI/CT scanner components, ensuring adherence to FDA/ISO 13485 quality standards.
    • Track metrics like inventory accuracythroughput capacity, and defect rates using SAP/MES tools.
  2. Continuous Improvement:
    • Drive Kaizen initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency by 15–20% in assembly lines.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFTs) to resolve bottlenecks in supply chain and component sourcing.
  3. Training & Compliance:
    • Develop training modules for ESD-safe assembly practices and 5S workplace organization.
    • Ensure zero deviations in the documentation for CE/IEC 60601 certification audits.
  4. Digital Integration:
    • Support implementation of IoT-enabled production monitoring tools for real-time analytics.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering (2022–2024 graduates eligible).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Basic understanding of GD&TERP systems, and CAD drawings.
    • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma White/Yellow Belt concepts (training provided).
  • Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and technical report writing abilities.
