Job description
Reporting to Manager-Nebula Mfg
- Scope of the role
- Will be responsible for Nebula production management (From Product development to Delivery), New Product development, Kanban stores, CNC, Planning-Gold accounting & Networking
- Job Profile
- Ensure the delivery of Plant output and individual workstations. (95%)
- Ensure the Quality (100%)
- New Component Production Establishment (PED)
- Ensuring Utilization of critical work centers as per the SCE plan.
- Ensure Quality Systems in Place to adhere to Specifications.
- Responsible for tools ready for Use as part of the KIT management
- Creation of Material Masters in SAP / Oracle for Regular and new Models
- Ensuring Inputs in all work centers from press to Assembly
- On-time Oracle Postings for all Material transactions
- Ensuring Material Movement in the Next Process – Inhouse / Vendor.
- Ensuring stock Maintenance of all SKUs of Gold components
- Preparation of MIS data.
- Ensuring 5S, ISCM Project Engagement initiatives
- Key Deliverables
- Ensure the Gold watch case Assembly Production Alignment (Production Work stations)
- Ensure the first-time acceptance (Quality)
- Daily planning for all the Work centers
- Material transactions System Confirmations & Posting
- Implement Improvement initiatives
- Gold/Stones – Material accounting ensures the System in place
- Ensure Safety & 5s Implementation in the shift
- The right person
- Any graduation in Arts and Science / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Knowledge of Watch case Mfg. - Good Communication & understanding Skills
- Exposure to troubleshooting.
- Should be a team player
- Should bring in a positive attitude and fresh thinking.
- Passionate and self-driven.
- Knowledge of Engineering Materials.
- Exposure to SAP & Oracle
Knowledge in Ms office - Self-motivated with Good interpersonal skills.
- Product development with process knowledge
