Experience: 2-5 Years
Location: Vadodara (Manjusar GIDC)

Review standard Man-hour Estimation from engineering Fabrication drawings.
Routing in ERP system for Project work. Working Knowledge of ERP systems is a must.
Provide SMH for all new Enquiries from Proposal Engineering.
Work closely in cross-functional teams with Shops, Engineering, Planning, & QC.
Conducting & updating time studies for Manufacturing processes, analysis of work samples, and developing methods of measuring work performance.
Study engineering drawings and identify tooling, jigs/fixture requirements, Design/Mfg. and deliver same to shop.
Prepare and Issue PIS / FPC / Process manuals / Manufacturing Fixture/ Plant layouts drawings etc. For Manufacturing Shops & Vendors
Process Improvement through Idea generation to reduce NVA activities & New Technology for manufacturing processes
Access manufacturing feasibility for FOAK Job & New Product Development.
Initiation and execution of Capital Investment Proposals
Develop innovative solutions by using industrial engineering fundamentals.
Calculate, Monitor & analyze Monthly Production load, and Generate MIS for the Heating Division.
Awareness of safety procedures/OHAS/ISO standards etc.
Training to production workmen regarding process implementation.
Handling, Monitoring, and Load distribution to MED workmen.
Handling of Root cause analysis and solution for difficulties in production processes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in cross-functional team
Effective communication skills verbal and written & strong interpersonal skills
Ability to network with various contact points, internal and external, and build and nurture relationships
Resourceful, self-driven, self-motivated, and Reliable.

Ability to read Fabrication Drawings of pressure vessels and Bi drums. (I.e. Heavy fabrication)
Thorough knowledge of Industrial engineering activity, work measurement techniques, and Manufacturing processes such as Fabrication & Machining work.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, knowledge of AutoCAD, ERP- Oracle system
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools such as Kanban, 5S, Six Sigma Methodology, and Process Improvement.
