Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understanding the customers cooling needs
- Creation of opportunities by positioning right product, based on those needs
- Replication of existing cooling applications in various industries
- Submission of Techno- Commercial offer for providing the solution to Clients’ cooling or heating requirements by positioning of Thermax cooling products
- Handling customer objections
- Closure of the opportunity by sale transaction with win win results to client and Thermax
Overall responsible for the sales target in terms of turn-over and no. of products in the region
Critical Competencies
- Sales domain Knowledge.
- Learning ability
- Good in Follow Up and moving the lead towards its closure
- Good Team Member and ability to work with cross functional team
- Willingness to Travel in respective geographies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience : 3 – 7 years of experience with Sales/ Marketing
- Experience in a related areas would be an added advantage.
