POSITION SUMMARY
The incumbent is responsible for planning and executing product design and development (mainly CVS) functions that satisfy customer performance and timing requirements, interface with customer engineering to establish design goals, and make design recommendations for assigned programs.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- v Product Development of our CVS products for different OEM
- v Plan and control all technical issues related to assigned projects and support the Program Manager in delivering the highest quality solutions to our customers.
- v Cooperate with a designer to ensure that tank system architecture meets customer specifications and demands.
- v Work with manufacturing engineer to develop production tooling and equipment specifications.
- v Interpretation of test results and introduction of the necessary actions and modifications as required to ensure that all necessary parts for the customer are available on time.
- v Continuous work with FMEA and DFM/A tools.
- v Knowledge about and compliance with customer-specific requirements
- v A requirement to follow IATF 16949.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- v Experience ideally in automotive plastic components.
- v Blow molding and injection molding product design knowledge including welding, assembly, and tooling is a strong plus.
- v Ideally international experience by studying or working in foreign countries.
- v Enthusiasm for the automotive industry.
- v Scope of responsibility/tasks will be given based on professional and work experience.
- v Good understanding / reading technical drawings and customer specifications.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable education with 2-4 years of experience
