• Learn on the job as well as through structured training and Perform production tasks as per established procedures.
• Learn about quality management and ensure quality output as per established norms.
• Learn World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and Autonomous maintenance (AM) concepts and practice in real applications.
• Work as Team Player and contribute to continuous improvement.

We believe you are: (Qualification)

• Diploma Engineer (Printing / Mechanical / Electrical / E&TC)
• Fresher or up to 2 years of experience
• Gender: Male / Female
• Additional information
• Ready to learn and adapt fast.
• Ready to operate machines / work on machines.
• Ready to work in Three-shift operations.

Competencies expected:

• Strong knowledge of Basic Engineering Concepts in own field,
• Good communication skills, preferably in English,
• Self-confident & well groomed,
• Willingness to learn continuously,
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, and Word.
