Position – Assistance Engineer Production

Exp. – Fresher or 1 to 2 years
Location – Pune
Job description
- Follow production safety rules
- Work according to existing procedures/ Standards
- Execute basic AM (Autonomous Maintenance) operations CIL (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication)
- Define anomalies and put tags
- Conduct basic/elementary quality tests
- Create OPls and SOPs
Qualifications
- Education – Diploma in Mechanical
- Fresh from technical school Or having 1-2 years experience in a manufacturing company. Basic technical production process knowledge Basic technical skills – to be able to pass technical test Attentiveness to detail to identify Quality parameters Ability to learn fast and discipline to follow process Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Engineering diploma or equivalent Technical education to follow basic Tetra Pak work routines and standards.
- Efficiently performs routine production tasks as per established procedures
- Good quality output as per established norm
- Learn WCM and AM skills to build sustainable performance in the future
- Production/Process Managers, Production/Process Associates, Production Process Experts, Lead Operators, Shift Leaders, colleagues in other functions in the factory
