Experience/Expectations
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical /Polymer Engineering
- 0 – 6 years of experience in medical device industry or any other industry where design related work was carried out.
- CAD/Solidworks drawings for the creation of parts and BOMs
- Knowledge in product development and testing of medical devices
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing of disposable medical devices
- Knowledge of different standards related to disposables medical devices
- Experience in Corel-Draw
- Experience in plastics testing
- Should be willing to learn and adapt to new requirements and changes as project requirements change.
- Candidate should be willing to go the extra mile to complete projects by taking ownership and be self-accountable of the activities he/she is involved in.
- Knowledge in MS office, Power point, Excel
Job Responsibilities
- Support the product development team in designing and testing disposables.
- Prepare CAD/Solid works drawings to create parts and BOMs for creating specifications.
- Use life cycle management software to maintain Design History Files
- Ensure that all design control processes as per the QMS of the company are followed in each process
- Help the product development team during sample production/prototype inside the Plant
- Will involve lifting of heavy boxes between 5 to 20 Kg.
- Write protocols and reports per global design controls.
