Position – Service Desk/ Support Analyst

- Exp: B. Tech Freshers can apply ( Electronics & Telecommunication or Software Engineering) can apply ( Not for Civil or Mechanical engineers who are freshers, only experienced can apply).
- Under Graduates with 2 Years of Exp In Service Desk.
- Non-Tech Graduates with 1 Year Exp in Service Desk.
Salary: 2.5 to 4.2 LPA + Incentives
- Providing technical assistance for questions and problems
- Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone
- Understanding of MVNO, MNP, Core and RAN side of telecom is preferred
- Knowledge of RAN / Core systems to diagnose the problem is preferred
- ITIL certification is desirable
- Experience in managing OSS and BSS tools is preferred
- Excellent communication in English is mandatory.
- 24*7 shift / Cab is available.
