Position – Customer Service Executive (“WFH” facility available on a temporary basis)

Job description
- Providing on-call support to customer queries
- Responsible to provide end-to-end complete resolution to customers
- 8-hrs rotational shift
- 6-days working and rotational week offs
- Cab and canteen facilities available

Qualification
- 10th (SSC) + ITI (Trade of Min. 2 years duration) OR
- 10th (SSC) + Diploma (Min. 3 years duration) OR
- 12th (HSC) OR
- Graduate and above
- Languages required: English + Hindi + Gujarati OR Marathi
- Age limit: 18 – 35 years
Note:
