Job description
Gradeâ & location – Billable, L1.2, TML, ERC Pimpri, Pune Domain – CAB Design – HVACSub-Domain – HVAC
Job Description & Responsibility – Job Description :
- Concept design of HVAC components like HVAC/AC/Forced ventilation unit, condenser, compressor, control panel, and Natural ventilation ducts along with its mounting scheme as per project requirement or packaging constraints considering CFD feedback in CATIA V5. EV HVAC system layout. Battery & traction cooling system.
- AC pipe DMU packaging is to be done along with its mounting scheme
- Heater pipe DMU packaging is to be done along with its mounting scheme
- CAD modeling and detailed offer Drawing of components and assemblies with all required Specifications as per Project need
- TPL / Sub module releases in PLM as per Project need
- Supplier Drawing checking and releases into Team center
- All required Info fitment drawings to be prepared
- Define validation plan of HVAC components and assemblies on the component level meeting all requirements of functionality, performance, and quality as per TML standards.
- Understand and implement feedback from all internal agencies within TML and external agencies (component suppliers, engineering service providers, BIT issues, field issues) for the design, engineering, and development of aggregates. “
Job Responsibility :

Skills:
Primarily Skill :
Basic knowledge of EV HVAC system, Battery & traction cooling system, and Basic knowledge of EV controls (CAN/LIN Communication). Plastic Part Design, Catia V5 – Surface & Part modeling, Drawing & 3D annotation, Data management in PLM – TCE, Manufacturing Knowledge
Secondary Skill: HVAC aggregate feasibility & design competency Domain
Knowledge: Must have: HVAC Domain Knowledge, Plastic Part Design, Catia V5 – Surface & Part modeling, Drawing & 3D annotation, Data management in PLM – TCE Preferred to have: PLM experience in TCE
Education – Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Experience – 3 to 6 Years
