Job description
- Prior knowledge of Electric vehicle (preferably bus) architecture, packaging
- Should have worked on the Electric project earlier
- Knowledge of electric vehicle components and should be conversant with electrical and electronics terminologies
- Carry out 3D modeling, 2D drawings, and assembly in PTC Creo & Team ct JT overview
- DMU management & integrating automotive systems
- Good knowledge of automotive systems
- Knowledge of DFMEA & root cause analysis
- Conceptualise & workout detail designs# Conduct design reviews & co-ordination with CFT
- Vehicle Performance Calculations
- Project documentation & preparation for management reviews
- Involve in the benchmark study
- Prepare vehicle technical specs & offer drawings
- Prepare vehicle layouts
- Technical documentation
- Co-ordination for prototype build and support
- Workout value engineering proposals
- Interact with COCs for components D &D
- Prepare project time plans
- Exp in Automotive OEM Electric products
- Education – BE or Diploma in Mechanical engineering
- Experience – 3 to 6 years for BE and 10 to 12 Years for a Diploma
