Job Description & Responsibility – Job Description :

1. Creating Engineering Concept designs, master sections, and macro feasibility under the direction of the Delivery Manager and Team Lead throughout the style stage
2. HVAC systems’ CAD modeling and 3D annotations provide timely delivery of all milestones in accordance with the project’s time plan and the timeline given by the project lead.
3. Prepare detailed engineering, create TPLs, and release them in PLM.
4. Create a validation strategy for outside HVAC parts and assemblies that satisfies all TML criteria for functionality, performance, and quality.
5. For the design, engineering, development, and launch of the vehicle comprehend and put into practice comments from all internal TML agencies as well as external agencies (component suppliers, engineering service providers).
6. POST launch engineering support to resolve all manufacturing, Weight, Quality, and Cost reduction activities.
7. Participate in the TML initiatives like VAVE , weight reduction, and quality improvements and deliver as per give n target of cost, quality, and weight.

Domain Skills/Technical Competency :

1. HVAC Design for Automotive components and assemblies are required for the position.
2. Plastered elements design and engineering of ductwork and other air handling components, as well as HVAC system components.
3. understanding of plastics tooling, production techniques, and moulding techniques.
4. competence in CAT IA for solid, surface, assembly, and 3D annotations
5. really good work understanding of engineering procedures such as DFMEA, DVP, DFM, DFA, and DFS.
6. understanding of PLM, vehicle BOM, and engineering BOM

Education – Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Experience – 3 to 6 Years
