Primary Skill – CATIA, VRED, SPEOS, 3DCS, MS OFFICE, AR, VR

• To provide craftsmanship support for New program from K0 to SOP + 3 months.

• To research the market offering, benchmarking the interior and exterior of competitor designs using both physical assessments and A2Mac1for providing insights and guidance for existing and new Arrival product concepts.

• To Propose, Create and Maintain target documents such as a gap plan to define critical interface section development through the programs.

• To Collaborate with Industrial Design to ensure the product vision is understood and protected through the engineering phase, also provide feedback to ensure the concept is robust and repeatable for manufacture.

• To work closely alongside Engineering teams, bringing them together with other relevant cross functional stakeholders to represent the attribute, negotiate and resolve concerns of quality.

• To use 3D data and visualization skills to take sections, create rendered models, demonstrate different engineering routes, and assess the options from the user’s perspective using virtual reality & prototypes.

• To resolve, identify, raise & help to prioritize issues from the start of the design process all the way into production.

• To support activities like PQ Merit Rating and competitiveness Assessment, Benchmarking and product Audits, Target setting, Surface Quality Assessment, Tolerance visualization study, Appearance Quality/ Optical Quality, Visual Data Generation, DM DVA loops, SPEOS, Digital E Cube Load Case.

• To accomplish Surface Quality and PQ Functionality Simulation, V-TRM Loop, AR, Loop, Physical Models Audit, Grey book Sign, Parts & Proto Vehicle Audit, Maturation Tools- Blue Buck, E-Cube, Local E cube/ checking fixture part validation at Supplier End, Data Management.
