Designation: Technical Lead/ Sr. Design Engineer/ Design Engineer
Domain: BIW Seals
Experience: 2-8 Years
Qualification: B.E Mechanical
Job Location: Pimpri, Pune
Project Deliverables:
- Evaluate Alternate supplier proposals and define engineering solution data checking seals Packaging point of view.
- Packaging data preparation.
- Design feasibility of Sealing parts like Glass run Mould, Primary Seal, Secondary Seal, Tailgate seal, Grommet, and Plug.
- Releases of the VAVE seals ideas and Alternate supplier proposal in TCUA and TCE
- Support in proto shop/testing activities
- SEALS parts Packaging and DMU check.
- Concept data preparation
- Discussion with the Supplier for design and data maturation for seal parts
- Supplier DFMEA Review
- Should be knowledge of mastic sealants and Joinery sealing grommet and plug selection,
- Creation of EBHS and Grommet Layout
- Modular BOM updating, data migration.
Job Responsibility:
- Supplier discussion for design and packaging of seal parts
- DFMEA and Design review with Supplier
- Releases of the Sela’s part in TUCA and TCE.
- Primary Secondary tailgate surrounding Data preparation.
Primarily Skill: CATIA V5, TCUA, TCE, DFMEA, Seals Supplier data Reviews
Secondary Skills: RFQ, SOR, preparation
Work Experience Details (If Any): Experience in Seals aggregates on Catia 3d/ 2D modeling & PLM releases in TCE.
