Job description

Project Deliverables:

• HVAC, AC pipes, Compressor, Condenser, Duct & Vent design & development.
  Engineering work and releases.Coordination with different agencies like Vehicle Engineering, Climate control, and PAT Target.

Job Responsibility

• 3D / 2D CAD Data, annotations and releases, durability at unit & vehicle level performance.
• Engg design, CFT input incorporation in product design.

Minimum Qualification & Specialization (e.g. BE-Mech):

• BE-Mech/Diploma -Mech

Skills :

• Catia V5,3D Annotataion,PLM,TCUA

Domain Knowledge: :

• HVAC System, Air vent, and Ducts

Any Other Specific Requirements:

• MS Office

Qualification -Diploma holders from NTTF, CITD, and IGTR are preferred.

BE, Mechanical Engg less preferred.

Domain-Stamping Die DesignSkill Set-Catia V5 / NXJob Description Sheet Metal (Press tool) Die designer for 3D & 2D die designs for Automotive BIW & Structural parts.

Should be proficient with Catia V5 /NX Solid & surface modeling. Should be familiar with dies for Tandem and transfer press lines. Should be able to design independently. Should have worked on manufactured cam designs.
