Job description
- Design training content, decide training delivery mechanisms, conduct participant assessments, identify process improvements and suggest both internal and external training delivery possibilities to ensure best-in-class delivery of all Divisional Training programs based on training needs identified and desired by the Business Units
- Decide key training delivery mechanisms and manage all collaborations with internal and external parties to design and deliver the training content to ensure best-in-class fulfillment of identified training needs and its impact on business results
- Keep abreast of the various training delivery systems and strategies to introduce the best-in-class training programs to employees and cadre recruits. Conversion of training content in digital form and conduction of training in blended mode.
- Active involvement in all sectional/departmental activities, maintenance of various quality systems, DM systems, documents & records and other statutory requirements.

(Full time) B. Tech or equivalent / Diploma in Mechanical/Production from a recognised institute with relevant experience in Steel Plant maintenance
