Job description

To carry out the production at SPM & Finishing lines, Like Skin passing of CR / HR coils, Slitting and Blanking of coils as per Plan, by following applicable safety and quality standards.
To ensure daily production at SPM & FL as per PPC plan, to achieve customer compliance on time without compromise in safety & Quality.
Achieve Zero accidents, Implementation of EOHS standards, including compliance to legal requirements.
Compliance to IATF 16949 requirements.

Technical Competencies
- Basic knowledge of Cold Rolling, Picking & 4 hi Mill, Roll shop, etc
- Hands-on knowledge of the above processes (Theoretical and practical)
- Defects related to cold rolled products and corrective action.•

- Managing team of 30 to 35 union category workmen.
