Position – Shift Engineer (Quality Control ( LDP – Coating))

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Experience in dimensions & visual inspection / Laboratory activity.
2. Knowledge of ISO 9001, API Q1/5L.
3. knowledge about handling of material.
4. Manpower handling & co-ordinate with TPI at shop floor.
5. Know about calibration of measuring and monitoring instruments.
6. Basic knowledge about HIRA and process safety & personal protective equipment.
7. Experience in SAP entry & Ms office

Desired Candidate Profile

• Should have good Experience in MS pipes internal and external coating.
• Experience of pipe coating plant / NACE level 1 or 2 is preferred.

Education

• Diploma/ BE/ BTech in Chemical/ Mechanical/ Metallurgy

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Supervision and monitoring of the execution of Routine/Day to Day maintenance activities i.e. Preventive Maintenance, Planned Shutdown Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance etc .
2. Knowledge and experience in maintenance of Tube ERW and CEW equipments i.e. Tube Mill, Drawbench, Annealing Furnace, Surface Treatment Plant, Straightening M/c, Swagging/Pointing M/c, Hydraulic Press, CTL M/c, EOT Crane, Jib Crane etc.
3. Knowledge of Basic Hydraulic and Pneumatic System maintenance.
4. Handling of Shift maintenance activities Independently, daily maintenance jobs entry in Log Book.
5. Compliance of CBM, TBM, NSD and MSD schedule and entries in SAP PM Module.
6. Documentation compliance related to IMS(ISO9001, IATF, OHS, EMS, EnMS, Safety).
7. Compliance of SOPs and 5S, reporting of Incidents, Safety Visit, Near Miss, Observations in Ensafe system and ensure counter measures implementation.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Application knowledge and familiar with the usage of MS Office, SAP- MM & PM Module.
2. Exposure in maintenance of Tube ERW and CEW plant machines will be preferred.

6. Spares management and processing for procurement in SAP-HANA MM Module.
7. Documentation compliance related to IMS(ISO9001, IATF, OHS, EMS, EnMS, Safety).
8. Compliance of SOPs and 5S, reporting of Incidents, Safety Visit, Near Miss, Observations in Ensafe system and ensure counter measures implementation.
