The company’s manufacturing facility is designed to produce both intermediates and active pharmaceutical ingredients and is compliant with both national and international GMP standards.

How you will contribute:

Accountable for all activity at HVAC & Clean Utility like Nitrogen Plant and Purified Water System.
Under direct or minimal supervision, perform operations, maintenance, and routine replacements of Clean Utilities like HVAC system Inc. Maintaining a clean room environment, Nitrogen Generation and Distribution system, and purified Water generation at the Site while complying with GMP and EHS requirements.
Maintain and Monitor Clean Utilities in a state of Compliance as per the set specifications including review of the daily logbook and coordinating with agencies for scheduled testing & monitoring of Nitrogen systems, clean room environments, and purified Water system.
Coordinate with the user department for scheduled sanitizations of the purified water system, testing of HVAC and Nitrogen, and performing the same. Schedule and coordinate cross-functional activities like Microbial testing for clean utilities.
Responsible for Shift activity coordination at : Utilities, Maintenance, HVAC
When operating as Shift Lead accountable to Support for Plant Maintenance execution, Monitoring & completion of Shift activity through prioritization.
Member of the site Plant Engineering team and Point of contact for shift activity when in role of Shift Lead
Reports KPIs for function and drives continuous improvements at HVAC, Clean utility & for KPIs related to Maintenance when as Shift lead.

What you bring to Takeda:

Education (minimum/desirable): University degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 3 to 5 Years of Maintenance, Facilities and Utilities, from API Pharma/Chemical Industry

Preferred Skills:

Have in-depth Knowledge & application at
All EHS and statutory compliance related to Utilities.
HVAC and clean Utilities Like – Purified water, Nitrogen Gas,
Knowledge/hands-on – SAP-PM,
Good to Have: Working in a GMP environment & systems, Paperless setup, Automated Utility operations.
