Job description
- Qualification – BE/B.Tech – Electrical, Mechanical
- Reviews & MIS -Ensuring satisfactory closure of all observations and participation in monthly review & compilation of MIS
- Monitoring the analysis of MQVs & closure- Follow-up of uncompleted MQVs and other observations with a responsible person on weekly basis, Collect the observation and pick up MQV for analysis on weekly basis during the in-process inspection, RFD process management & initiating 8D for repeat deviations
- Incoming Material Inspection & NCR reporting in the portal – In-process inspection & material inspection and reporting the issues in NCR portal, periodic follow up with supplier for getting the solutions, continuous monitoring of NCRs
- Document Control- Ensure document Issue and withdrawal, ensure correct documents are available at the workplace, coordination with central document issue control team to ensure the latest document/drawing revision availability at the site
- PDCA / DNV Audit Management & NCR closure follow-up – Monitoring of Monthly – PDCA / DNV NCR
- Leading the Quality Improvement program – SEP, CQIP and Q-Credit & enhancement of ReQIE score – Progress monitoring – SCEP, C-QIP, QIP for championing the projects, coordination with team leaders, consultants and SMEs for input
