RESPONSIBILITY:
- Responsible for maintenance of Building and Premises, production, Warehouse, and Engineering Equipment.
- Execution of engineering activities like preventive maintenance, breakdown, and routine maintenance are carried out as per schedule.
- To ensure all SOPs related to Engineering are followed.
- Coordination with other department support to department for the establishment, Implementation, and maintenance of EnMS.
- Preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment/utilities as per plan.
- Inspection of own and contractor Mechanical equipment/utilities.
- Analysis of the function that interrupts day-to-day production activity.
- Maintenance of the Mechanical/utilities records, their analysis, initiate corrective action
- Calibration of Mechanical equipment/ instruments as per plan.
- To support control of energy losses.
