Position – Mechanical Engineer
Company – Suguna Foods Private Limited
Exp. – 4 to 9 years

Location – Hyderabad, Toopran
Salary – INR 2,50,000 – 4,25,000 PA.

Duties and responsibilities

Discuss with In-charge & Electrician for understanding the breakdown status
Breakdown / Complaint observation & Troubleshooting
Technical inspection, Logbook check & Report preparation
Plant inspection & breakdown handling if necessary
Planning & allocation for troubleshooting on present breakdowns
Verification of Internal requisition & recommend with specification
Supplier bill verification & recommendation for accounting the bills
Updating of pending works & arrange the resources for completion
Prepare & submit estimation towards new & breakdown requirements
Co-ordinate for new Genset proposal & requirements
Co-ordinate for new cool room AC proposal & requirements
Co-ordinating for minimum spares towards Gen set, Tiller & AC
Co-ordinating for periodical & preventive maintenance follow-ups
EB & Diesel power cost analysis in the Plant and submit the same to the reporting manager.
Analysis & submit technical proposals for new Cool room AC requirements
Follow-ups for Gen set, Cool room AC shifting based on plant requirements
Minimum spares follow-up for Gen set, Power tillers & AC maintenance
