Education – B. E. / B. Tech. / Diploma -Mechanical or in Paint Technology
Experience – 2-9 years in Paint Shop
To follow the Safe Operation procedure (SOP) of Paint Shop and to achieve shift targeted production.
To ensure the cost per wheel (Paint cost) within budgeted cost by following the tools of life monitoring and control.
To ensure the achievement of the OEE target in the shift and participate in analysis & action plan.
Tractability system
Component of alloy and Casting, machining & painting methods,
Latest technology for Paint, paint shop, loading-unloading
Good knowledge on pre-treatment /powder/base coat/clear coat application
Responsible for shift data entry in the SAP (production, rejection, breakdown, stores issues
Process audit
Knowledge of quality and safety parameters
Manpower handling
Good Communication skill
Positive Attitude/Hard Working
Line check sheet updation
Line document updations
Responsible for documentation in the shift (Production, IATF, ISO, etc)

Rejection Data Analysis.
Process control through Q.C Tools.
Customer handling & IPP submission.
Clear out the NCs.
Monthly meeting presentation preparation.
Knowledge of Calibration & measurement activities.
Knowledge of tools and gauges
