Salary – INR 50,000 to 1,50,000 PA.
Job Description
Qualification: Diploma (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Automobile/ Machining / Paint technology/Metallurgy/ CNC programming)
- Operating manufacturing equipment and machines.
- Run the setup and machine.
- Produce product as per guideline.
- Handle the production process.
- Set & Change the machine parameter as per product and customer requirement.
- Fill the check sheets and documents as per the QMS system.
- Ensure adherence to the production plan.
- Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor/seniors.
- Troubleshooting & Action plan.
- Ensuring good 5S in Department Level.
- Coordinate with supporting departments.
- A trainee needs to work in Shift and in the production department.
- During the first year trainees need to operate/run the Machine as per SOP.
- Take care of machines & product, set up & changes in the machine parameters as per SOP/ QA/ Product requirement/Customer requirements, and need to operate the machine to develop or produce the product.
- Need to perform Why Why analysis for abnormalities or defects, need to identify the root cause and take action against the root cause to improve the produced product/process quality.
- need to do a visual inspection and also required to fill check sheets and also responsible for tractability of product, 5S, face the auditor & customers.
Duration: – Training period is for one year, on successful completion of the training period will be promoted as Jr. Engineer or Assistant Engineer.
