Description
The Position is of Sr. engineer – Project Coordinator. An individual should have project exposure or work on projects, etc. He/She needs to be good in communication wrt verbal and written.
- The main role is of coordinating with all the departments of the organization like production, production engineering, planning, integration, marketing, quality, design, stores, Finance and Accounts, maintenance, painting/auxiliary services, and security.
- The individual will also interact and coordinate with customer teams.
- He or she will need to prepare management reports, dashboards, and updates for informing and updating seniors on the tasks and projects at hand.
- He or she should have good ERP, PLM, CONCERTO, and MS Project skills which are essential for project management profiles.
- Individuals will need to study drawings, understand the Bill of Material, prepare it as required, prepare Planned Production orders, follow up with SCG and vendor for item realization, and ensure the availability of a full kit for the project.
- Coordinated with shop and QC for items fitment, integration, and clearances.
- Pre Dispatch inspection, Joint inspection, customer site visit, and vendor visit are all part of the role.
