Skill Requirements:
- Experience of carrying out linear and non-linear stress analysis, Thermal analysis and Dynamic analysis (Modal and forced response)
- Good understanding of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) theory and practices
- Ability to carry out analytical calculations using first principles / engineering fundamentals
- Ability to understand and comprehend requirements, understand operating environment of the component and system, define analysis approach with appropriate loads and boundary conditions and define appropriate acceptance criteria
- Ability to interpret analysis results and provide design recommendations
- Good verbal and written communication skills, Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation
- Awareness of manufacturing processes such as fabrication, casting, forging and machining

Qualifications and Experience:
- BE / B Tech/ ME / MTech (Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering)

- Experience of carrying out computational analysis for internal and external flows (Flow velocity and pressure simulations, Heat transfer simulations, Aerodynamic simulations, Performance predictions)
- Good understanding of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) theory and practices
- Good understanding of performance characteristics of mechanical systems such as pumps, compressors, turbines, fans, engines, etc.
- Ability to carry out analytical calculations using first principles / engineering fundamentals
- Ability to understand and comprehend requirements, understand operating environment of the component and system, define analysis approach with appropriate boundary conditions and define appropriate acceptance criteria

- Strong experience of 3D CAD modelling and 2D drafting/detailing of mechanical components and assemblies
- Ability to understand requirements, perform basic design calculations, create design concepts / packaging layouts and detailed designs considering DFM and DFA
- Have experience of 3D CAD Modelling and 2D drafting/detailing of Automotive, Industrial or Turbomachinery domain and strong expertise in creating detailed 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings for these components and assemblies.
- Good understanding of Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) and exposure to tolerance stack-up calculations

Job description
Skill Requirements:
- Should have experience in new product design and development and understanding of the overall product design and validation cycle.
- Ability to understand technical requirements, perform basic design calculations, create design concepts / packaging layouts, apply basic knowledge of engineering principles and practices to assigned tasks in the design, analysis and release of products and subsystems through the product life cycle.
- Assist in creating design specifications considering application, cost, weight, performance, product life, manufacture, assembly and service.
- Verify design using analysis and / or functional analysis / experimental tests, interpret results, drive decisions and assess risk.
- Interface with sales, manufacturing and marketing teams to design and deliver solutions.
- Having good management and coordination skills to execute product verification and validation plan.
- Having knowledge of the process to investigate and avoid product failures.
Qualifications and Experience:
- ME/MTech or BE (Mechanical / Production / Automobile / Aerospace Engineering / Tool Design / Electrical Engineering) from reputed institute / university
- Relevant Experience: 2 to 6 Years
