Position – Sr System Design Engineer

Your profile

Detail engineering of rotating equipment Packages, Lube oil systems, and cooling water systems. (I.e.detailed engineering of reciprocating compressor packages as per Siemens Energystandards, client specifications, and applicable CODES.)
Detail engineering of lube oil system, Gas Seal system for Centrifugal compressor Packages as per siemens energy standards, client specifications, and applicable CODES.)
Support project execution team and Project sites as and when required.
Engineering solutions to meet client requirements, optimum design, and selection of package components meeting requirements of standards/ codes and applicable specifications.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Detail engineering activity completion as per project milestone.
Preparation of Engineering specifications of Heat Exchangers, Pumps, filters, valves, etc,
Preparation of Keyengineering Documents like Process and Instrumentation diagrams, General arrangement drawings, foundation plans, and piping layout drawings.
Design Input- Outputscheduling, checking, and approval (from the client).
To have a table meeting with the client to have approval on principle engineering documents, like P& ID, General arrangement drawings, foundation plan, pressure vessel design, etc.
Checking of key engineering Vendor documents of bought-out items (like Pressure Vessels, HeatExchangers, Filters, Strainers, pumps, etc.) and giving engineering approval earliest possible to facilitate the early shipment of packages.
Cost-effective engineering solution and release.
To release Engineeringpiping material requirements at least 20 weeks before package shipment.
Cost-effective engineering of Structural items (like Main skid/console skid etc…).
Standardization of Oilcooler / console for various sizes of Reciprocation Compressor Frames.
Shop coordination and support to facilitate smooth execution.
Site support as and when required.
Post shipment client query response within 2 weeks.
To fulfill D-R global Policy, Guiding Principles, Quality Policy, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 requirements and obligations.

Education Qualification:

BE Mechanical / ME / Btech / M Tech
Minimum 4 Years of experience in the engineering of static/ rotating equipment & Package items.
