Position – Quality Assurance Engineer
Siemens AG
Location – Aurangabad, Maharashtra

Inspection at different Q-gates of manufacturing
Final Quality inspection of the product.
Subassembly inspection (CT/ VT interrupter drive etc….)
Supporting Customer FAT
Recording and analyzing the NCs, taking Corrective action.
Modifying Q gate with the feedback of NCs observed during process Quality inspection.
Addressing line issue and resolving the same, finding out the Root cause and driving the corrective actions & supervising efficiency
Responsible for assuring quality conformance of production processes with the objective of producing defect-free products and supplies to internal/external customers
